Warranty Terms:

- 12 months or negotiable based on the business terms;

- Accept to replace the defective units upon the goods delivery inspection;

- Help to repair the defective units free of cost in the warranty period or provide the spare parts with better price if needed.

- Usually, the RMA replace printers will be ship out with the next orders for our long term cooperation clients.
